I tried both Carthage and Pod and both failed to compile in the end.

Is there support yet for Swift 4.1 or when is it planned?

I were able to install it like this:
pod "SwiftTask", :git => 'https://github.com/ReactKit/SwiftTask.git', :branch => 'swift/4.0'
However, i don't know if n how it works yet
