No disable update option

Love the app but with no ability to disable the updates it's a little bit INVASIVE. I like to manually check for updates for all my programs.
Also side note, this program is detected as potentially unsafe by antivirus.

Next time you see the update pop-up take a look at the checkbox at the bottom of it. You can stick to a version and never see the pop-up again.
