Reported by the community (user 'bedwards'):

Installing an older version of sitecore (9.3) for an upgrade and noticed that the install script references https://dev.sitecore.net/api/authorization to retrieve a login session. Will there be a mirror'd api page on the new domain for this to work or should I take a look at newer ps1 scripts to revise it?
