Razor is a toolbox-like desktop-environment. While trying to feature everything a modern desktop has to offer (panel, session, desktop) it lets the user choose what to use.

For users and packagers

• Dependencies - hard dependencies - for building and running it.
• External Dependencies - soft/runtime/optional dependencies. Razor works without it but some functionality is limited.
