Figure out when a search result shouldn't be returned, or add a confidence level to the response.

Currently HWAPI will always attempt to return a value. This should be updated to not do that: for example, if the actual number part of the model number doesn't match up, return an error, but if the model number matches up but the prefix or suffix doesn't, return and mark as low confidence, something along those lines
