Improvement: Check if pathway has species assignment before trying to upload, to avoid ugly error message

For the "Upload New" feature, it would be nice if the plugin checked if the "Organism" attribute is empty, and if so prompt the user to enter a species. The way it is now, there is an ugly error message returned from web services (see attached).
