Harvester app is not able to integrate with Harvest in Jira Service Management in Data Center.

Describe the solution you'd like
We would like for the Harvester app to work in Jira Service Management in Data Center so that when users log in, they are able to connect to Harvest.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The Atlassian documentation states that some apps MAY work with a Server license in Data Center however, Harvester does not.

Additional context
I have reached out to the vendor many many times to get an update or some help but have not heard from anyone.
Please respond.
