I am new to the ASAP7 PDK and currently working on generating additional corner cases for various temperatures as part of a temperature sensitivity study.
I noticed there are many existing .lib files available at ASAP7 Standard Cell Libraries - CCS. However, I would like to create additional corner libraries for different temperatures (more than 3 temperature corners).
My current plan is to use the extracted SPICE netlists (.sp file) found in ASAP7 xACT3D Extracted Files and run simulations with Cadence Spectre. I plan to use the .TEMP command to set various temperatures during the SPICE simulations and then generate custom .lib files using Cadence Liberate.

At a high level it sounds reasonable to me. I can't give advice on how to run proprietary tools.

Dear Developer,
I am new to the ASAP7 PDK and currently working on generating additional corner cases for various temperatures as part of a temperature sensitivity study.
Does this approach sound reasonable? Additionally, I have noticed there are some .pm files in the PDK (https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/asap7_pdk_r1p7/tree/58d72c9d291e186a77468586ab0c43d8a21eda6a/models/hspice), but I am uncertain whether or how I should incorporate them into this process. Any guidance on best practices or required steps would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
Zhixing Jiang
