No.

Describe the solution you'd like
Generally, roll calls happen with people saying that they're there in the chat, in an specific order.
So the ideia would be to send a text every time that a specific student (like the one (ones?) before you) says any text in a list of possible texts.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I don't think that there's anything existent that could be used to achieve this.

bot says "present"
bot has 10s cooldown before looking for another keyword
cooldown extends or resets when same or another keyword has been detected
