Describe the solution you'd like
Just allow the user to play a mp3 file, which he has recorded before, or just send a message in chat

Additional context
I think it should be easy to implement, only took me 5 minutes to get it working, the only tricky thing was muting me again after the sound was played.

to add to this, i'd like to also suggest (if possible):

• add a new output source just for these recorded sounds
• make the scripted teams use that output source
• only play the sound X seconds after the meeting started or X seconds after script joined
• don't use voice recognition for searching a keyword to avoid false-positives
