Add nushell support

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I am currently running cura from source as the neptune 4 pro config files have not been merged yet (#16819) normally I would run this from the AUR installed app directly. Regardless, it would be nice to support nushell directly too. The venv package already implemented these changes (see here).

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to activate the python env from nushell. Currently I am dropping to zsh to run cura_app

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Installing from AUR
• Running from zsh
• Writing the shell extension
