Describe the bug
Added the toon shader to my HDRP project and the it breaks and can't be compiled. Here is a screenshot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Build a HDRP project and add the toon shader
  2. Add the shader to your gameobject, it will flicker.
  3. Click the material and you will see the failed to compile and there you will seen toon and tessellation.
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The shader to compile and not flicker.

Hello.
Thank you for your feedback.

Can you please let us know:

  • The Unity version you used
  • Its HDRP version

Or it will even be better if you can attach your project directly here.

That being said, I'd like to let you know that due to the company reset last year, we at Unity have had to deprioritize the development of the ToonShader package.
Consequently, we are currently unable to implement new features or address existing bugs, although the above info that you provide will be beneficial for discussions with the community.

I'd also like to share that the ToonShader team remains passionate about the project, and is enthusiastic about resuming active development when circumstances allow. I’ll be sure to keep you updated on any progress.

We appreciate your understanding and support.
