The goal of this issue is to implement a visual effect where multiple circles follow the mouse cursor on the webpage. This effect enhances user interaction by providing a dynamic visual cue that responds to user movements. The implementation will involve:

i think this effect should be light in color so that its look good and more interactive
if you give me one chance to modify this I'm dam sure it looks good.
