WG Schedule

I'm creating the templates for the CG and WG meetings.
The WG meetings have historically been once a month, which causes them to periodically switch weeks when compared to the biweekly meetings (which is most of the other wasm meetings). We could switch to once every 4 weeks instead.
We could also make them less frequent (e.g. bimonthly or every 8 weeks), since they fairly regularly get cancelled due to lack of agenda.
I don't have a strong opinion on either of these, but my weak preference would be to switch to 4-weekly (and still cancel as needed). Thoughts?

Oh, and I propose that we not have one tomorrow, since we don't have an agenda yet.
