Accommodate reassignment of IP addresses #41

To start with, Device 1 has IP 192.168.0.1 and Device 2 has IP 192.168.0.2.
A vault in Device 1 makes a request to Device 2 but before Device 2 has a chance to respond, Device 1 leaves the network and its former IP (192.168.0.1) is assigned by the router to Device 3.
As such Device 2 responds to Device 3, which cannot decrypt the message - and hence ignores it.
Unless we handle this kind of situation, Device 1 will never receive its response.
