Thank you for sharing this great work!
I'm really interested in inferring high-resolution tissue architecture using iStar.
The input and output data used by iStar doesn't seem to be provided,can you share it?
Also, can you share more details about using istar to generate Figure 4E? Are there any additional parameter settings used, or is it sufficient to just follow the istar instructions?
