Do you want some web page that via some URL questions#=cut gives you a filtered list?

First, I created this issue to remind me that I have to go through it and do it :-)
Then, I was thinking that, once the output grows a bit, to:

1. suggest feeding it to the ReadMe.md file
2. create a website using a minimal static site generator

But, indeed, your idea to have some web page that via some URL questions#=cut gives you a filtered list? is great! Ultimately, ask johnkerl to integrate it in the official manual/help pages!?
