This is eventually something large and complex, so if you want to take a stab at it, please start by outlining your ideas for a design and approach as a comment in this issue.

@pombredanne is the goal to create custom triggers and actions , or to offer a framework for others to build integrations
also is there any preferred technologies e.g node.js or python for implementing this
