total sessions won

I've noticed that sometimes the total sessions won ranked stat doesn't populate. For others it works fine. This appears to be on the Riot side not something wrong with leaguelib. Does anyone know why this is the case? Is it that a summoner can only look up his own win rates and not the win rates of others?

Seems like that, because in the official AIR client, if you open another summoners profile othe Leagues tab, it will only show you how many games has the summoner played, but not number of wins, thus not winrate.

I believe that the logged in account can query its own TOTAL_SESSIONS_WON, but not that of a different account. There must be a way to get this data though because lolking has it. If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.
