colstart and rowstart unprotect

Hi,
I had a screen shifting problem with 128x160 RGB (ST7735) TFT display.
As I found, there is a part in Adafruit_ST77xx.h which helped to fix this problem, but this is in protection section.
If this code part is taken out from protection, there will be an easy way to write these values in Arduino code.
