It was reported by (@Muro1983) on Facebook (and to ISA) that the Focus & WTV stream causes buffering and skipping in Kodi v19. → xbmc/inputstream.adaptive#670

I have never experienced this myself on Kodi v18 when testing. After this report I have been testing more extensively on Kodi v18, and even now I do not experience it. For the few hours running this stream (also restarting the stream tens of times) I have not experienced it. I have seen Kodi showing a buffering notification during these tests only one time.
