In the last week I Noticed that Speed tester is running very inconsistent.
Like 1 test you get it 100 mbps then the next one it reads 18 mpbs and it can take a lot longer to load than normal. I don't know if it a software issue and or Cache build up . Or might need to refresh and updated. So it will work with Kodi 20 as well when Released
