Transform images of blog posts into multiple resolutions. #38

Transform the images of blog posts into various resolution to ensure a suitable size for different screen sizes.

At the beginning use some test screen resolutions untill the defined values are provided.

With which resolution should the original image have/start with?
Optinal would be 1920x1080 for best cropping.

Using the Jekyll mini_magick Plugin does not work with Travis-CI and the Netlify preview but local.
The CI-build cannot find a image of the minimagick plugin.
