In need of additional maintainers!

Hi all,

At least for me of all the maintainers here, I am fairly busy, and my schedule's not looking better for the next 8 months. I have failed to find the time needed to keep up to speed with RedisLab in their maintenance with redis-py. Because of this, it would be great to have additional maintainers to help with 2 things specifically:

1. Merging new commits from redis to aioredis
2. Checking our mypy errors and fixing them in both master and our redis update PRs

I will help review some PRs and continue triaging issues, but, besides those, I don't think I will be able to continue maintaining aioredis at a necessary pace for many organizations.

cc @seandstewart #1156 should get merged asap and having additional maintainers would greatly improve porting speed (at least for me).
