User badges/colors for new users

Currently author comments are badged/flaired with "Author".

It would be nice if new users showed up in green (as on the website), though I don't know if this is possible without a separate request for each username.

It may also be good to distinguish the moderators dang and sctb.

Scott is no longer a moderator and Dan is marked as a moderator. As for new users being highlighted as green, I am aware of it and I would like to implement it but it might not be easy as I would have to check every user account registration date and check if they are eligible to be highlighted as green.
