Missing possibility to configure http-host #242

I cannot find the possibility to configure the parameter http-host in the keycloak.conf .
Have I overlooked it or is it missing?

Thanks for reporting. The parameter is keycloak_quarkus_bind_address (default 0.0.0.0), but for some reason I'll investigate the line is missing from the keycloak.conf template. Will be reintroduced in a followup PR
