Use Kamelet catalog CRD

We have recently moved the CRD spec to the Kamelet catalog. Once this is available (likely in version 4.9) we should change the code to use such spec (which is the same of what we have in Camel K): https://github.com/apache/camel-kamelets/tree/main/crds
