apisix version：3.5.0
apisix-dashboard version: 3.0.1
mysql version：8

when etcd-adapter running，apisix-dashboard logs show “ERROR cmd/root.go:107 etcd connection loss detected”，apisix、apisix-dashboard and etcd-adapter deploy on same vm instance
