现在是在前端做的，比较蛋疼。。。

考虑到后台做，维护张额外的 TopicRead 表，三列

tid userid lastread

其中tid是主题的id，userid是用户的id，lastread是最后一次打开时该主题的时间。

然后本来topic就有lastupdate记录，如果 lastupdate > lastread ，就说明这个主题是未读的。
