What are your thoughts on including the documentation/instructions for VDS inside the repo itself, rather than only in the wiki?

My thinking is this - if someone is using a non-current version of VDS then the instructions on the wiki may not be relevant to the version they're using. This might be especially true after the feat-cli-plugin branch is merged in.
