asdf-plugin-manager add-all exits early (only installing first plugin)

In v1.0.0 (before v1.1.0) it was possible to "install all plugins".

However it also did uninstall all pre-installed plugins (and their tool version).

The change here fixed that:

• refactor: add flag to remove plugin if it's already installed #14

...leading to my suggestion here:

• docs: use v1.1.1 in the readme #26

However #14 also stopped progressing with installation of any more plugins than the first one.

For example:

I assume this isn't as intended?
If yes, in which way would we prefer to fix this?

I repent, I could be wrong above. I have tried using this while building a docker image, and I haven't run into this issue there. So it might just have been a "doesn't work on my machine" issue.

So I'll close this for now (until the issue resurfaces or I discover more).
