Feature: ModelFilter Scroll To Bottom

Objective

When enough filters are added, ModelFilter's content will become scrollable. However, when adding new filter group, it doesn't become apparent that a new filter group was created because it is created in the overflowed section of the content. If a user clicks on Add Filter Group the scrollarea should scroll to the bottom indicating that a filter item was added to the bottom of the area.
