Sine or tangent?

In the golf shot model, on page 463 of the 26 Oct 2023 corrected pdf, shouldn't sin-1, or asin, be tan-1, or atan (-1 as exponent)?

In practice it won't matter, and the geometric model is only approximate anyway. But, based on the geometry of the model, it really is sine, not tangent.
