First time deployment takes too much time

Problem:

I just ran the deployment on us-east-1

I got ✨ Total time: 7447.26s

This is really slow. Majority of the time was spent on provisioning open search. While I don't have references, it seems ChatGPT agrees with me that Opensearrch in

Possible Solutions:

• This setup could be done in a zone where opensearch is not too slow. us-west-2 for example.
• Opensearch could be optional or part of a related cloud-formation stack (so main stack does not get blocked)
