Add --name flag to client

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a quality-of-life feature, I'd like to be able to configure the human-readable client name that shows up in snapweb client-side when setting up the client without further api calls and/or having to type it manually into snapweb.

It would be great to either (1) have a --name flag for the client or (2) default to using the --hostID field as the client name when it's set.
