Add support for radar-specific Z-R relations. Currently, only a "global" Z-R is supported when generating an accumulated product.
It would make sense to go from intensity (DBZH) polar data via rain rate (RATE #26) Cartesian composite to accumulated rain rate (ACRR) Cartesian product.
