I enabled DreamGrid as the default explore app and disabled explore app. When I open DreamGrid via the Explore app and then resize the window, the whole window goes black. If I close and reopen, it returns to normal. Quest 2 v54, DreamGrid 1.1.0

This is a known issue on Oculus device (see readme.md). I can't change anything about it except wait for meta to fix it or find a new way to launch apps.
I haven't encountered this issue on my fork, even with quite a bit of testing. Try to call the activity with the flags FLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_TASKandFLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_DOCUMENT; this matches the default launcher.
The Quest also sometimes does a strange thing where it will stop, but not finish, an activity when it's getting resized. This leads to onStart getting called multiple times for the same activity. This behaviour is actually defined by Android, but rarely used.
