kiloview n60 not login

i can't login in a kiloview n60.

24.11.27 21:11:53 Instance/Wrapper/kiloview: Could not reach device. Retrying in 30 seconds.

Current firmware version： 2.02.0024
Current hardware version：1.0

In the login window i need to check " User License Agreement" if not, don't login

I don’t think so. In my experience, that had to be done every time anyway. Did you create an API user in the Kiloview web interface and are you using those credentials in the module?
