Naming of Attributes with "Day" should be "Date" #24

Some attributes in the XSD are using Day, some are using Date.
This issue aims to unify the naming (and choose the variant that is better)

Where "day" occurs in the XSD, rename that to "Date".

Ex: declarationDayQuantity -> declarationDateQuantity.

But have a care: To what extent are we dependent on current ATD conventions or can we allow a divergence?
