Implement tests for the following functions:

  • $\gamma$
  • $\gamma - 1$
  • $\beta$
  • $pc$
  • $E_\text{kin}$
  • $E_\text{tot}$
  • $B\rho$

These functions overlap functions in AcceleratorLattice/src/core.jl . All these function need to be unified and put somewhere (SimUtils?, SimAccelerator?).
