Create a notification or message for

• Weekly wrap-up
• Outstanding actions (manual tasks & approvals)
• Workflow failures (like GitHub Actions)

Make these configurable and implement via an extension.

The way to implement this would be to add an eventsink to Flow that outputs an event for user changes. This can then be picked up by another service (or a workflow i.e. itself) and then send emails to the user.
