Describe the bug
Workflow Results can have duplicate keys. See: #240

To Reproduce

  1. Run a workflow with multiple Set Result Parameter steps that reference the same key.

Expected behavior
Running multiple Set Result Parameters (on workflow) that use the same key should update the unique key.

Additional context
Need to check the expected way Tekton Workflow Results happen, but I believe the key is meant to be unique.
