Plugin not found

Trying to install Plugin from:
https://boopeshmahendran.github.io/AdobeXD-maps/
which then opens a new tab to:
https://xd.adobelanding.com/en/xd-plugin-download/?name=e1e8f866
which then opens XD to try to install plug in. xd plugins window opens with the message "Plug in not found"

Same here, I even downloaded and installed from the .xdx file, but when I try to generate a map, I get the following message:

@bolak2 yes, I did, the error is a bit different but still there.
