Low hashrate

Im getting half the mh/s that I am supposed to have with my cards. Running on stock settings except 80% TPD, 21 intensity. Any clues on what could causing the bottleneck? Getting about the same speed on 4 of my 1070 and 2 of my 1080TI

i think solid rock average hashrate is 24-48 hours mining

for about 2 hours. Still, should not be that low

Try running at a lower intensity like -i 19

Also did that, went down to 17, still no big change
