Add permenant temperature and humidity sensors to the rooms

For properly opening the doors in a regular fashion, we need to be able to monitor humidity and temperature in the rooms (also from afar, to be able to tell ceymembers to do this, if deemed necessary).
@dazz do you maybe have any thoughts on this? :)

We have one! Thanks to @bergie, @uwekamper, others and me.

Oh, two things:

• The mic is soldered to the wrong pins
• We'll probably get a second one with the new batch @bergie is ordering (for the mixing room, the old one moved to the recording room)
