error: arg min for MLE and MAP instead of arg max

In the radioactive.ipynb notebook, within the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) section, both the MLE and MAP estimators are calculated using arg min. They should be estimated using arg max instead, if I am not mistaken.
