概要

現在チームを作っても検索で引っかかるとどんな人でも入ることができ、またBAN機能もないので作る際にPrivateのチームを作ることができて、検索には引っかからないようにしてほしいです！

詳細なTODO

チーム作成時にPrivateかOpenかを選択できるフォームを作る
データベースに公開状態を保存する
チーム検索時に公開状態がPrivateのチームを表示しない(whereで公開状態がtrueのものだけを取得する)
