[BUG] Systems with + in the name are getting mangled

The patrol link for system 2MASS J21374521+5728173 links to a page with error message
"Command not Found"

To Reproduce
Go to system signals page and enter system name 2MASS J21374521+5728173

Expected behavior
Normal operation of list of scanned signals and bodies on page

Going manually to https://tools.canonn.tech/signals/ and pasting the system name correctly returns https://tools.canonn.tech/signals/?system=2MASS+J21374521%2B5728173. I couldn't find anywhere in the code with a reference to https://tools.canonn.tech/signals/, so uhhh nothing more I can do -- guessing it's server-side.
