Clean it all up and make it consistent across all things that can be cycled.
Equipsets would ideally be "simple" cycles like the power/shout and utility cycles, and handled in the same bottlenecks. Hands are always going to be their own thing because of the left/right re-equip feature, but maybe the other three can be unified.

No bug report this time, just wanted to make a quick feature request: would it be possible to have the same input choice granularity for switching equipment sets as is available or cycling in general? I'd love to activate the equipment switch with, for example, a modifier in tandem with one of the (already assigned) cycle keys. I play with an XB1 controller, so having that option would be really nice (free input slots are very much in short supply). Not super important tbh because having a full-on equipment set toggle is already a huge luxury/boon of using this mod, and If this is too wonky to implement because the equipment set swap input needs to be kept separate from all cycling inputs, I understand completely.
