add tilde-like communities

hi, there is sort of online communities based on public access unix

They are typically accesed by SSH, so it's definitely belong here, probably to section on it's own.

Yes, this is very important and very interesting. I think we should definitely add them.
Do we have some good "entry" server for that? (not web)

there is a catch - typically you need to sing up via web interface (see last column in list of tilde servers)
